8ct Rubber Ducky Isopods (Cubaris sp)

The iconic Rubber Ducky Isopods are the stunning representative of the isopod hobby. They are slow breeding and do best with high humidity and moist soil. Rubber Ducky Isopods spend much of their time underground and so prefer a deeper soil layer. They can roll into a ball for defense purposes. This culture presents most common ducky color forms ranging from light to dark. These other colors often go by the trade names “pink” and “blonde” ducky. Rubber Ducky Isopods make for a great display or pet species but because of their reclusive and slow breeding nature are not an ideal cleanup-crew species.
