If destination temperatures have forecasted lows below 45F or highs above 80F your order will be marked hold for pickup at the nearest USPS post office to ensure the safety of your isopods. Please provide your preferred post office address in the order comments field on the final page of the checkout process. If your temperatures are in our hold for pickup range and no post office address is provided we will ship to the nearest post office. Hold for pickup orders will have an extended 24hr LAG compared to the 1hr LAG when shipped to your door; see our FAQ page to learn more about our Live Arrival Guarantee policy. If you cannot pick up your order at a post office please contact us before ordering so we can try to accommodate you.
