This tiny species cannot jump and moves quite slowly. They reproduce very fast and are a proven feeder species for small reptiles/amphibians. This species may appear dead on arrival but in the vast majority of cases they are actually alive and what you are witnessing is their natural behavior; barely ever moving at all and if so then slowly. Please observe your culture carefully to verify movement or the total lack thereof before submitting a DOA report.
